Con Saris Director B.EC, B.Comm, CTA

As a Director Con is responsible for the management of the practice. This includes the preparation of tax returns and financial statements; business advisory; succession planning; due diligence; management and board reporting including attendance of management and board meetings and business structure advice.

Con has extensive experience in Tax and Financial Accounting, is a Chartered Tax Advisor, member of the Institute of Public Accountants, a Registered Tax Agent and has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Con has a solid background in commercial property development, management and syndication in the retail space as well as land subdivisions. The experience Con obtained during his extensive and diversified career and his direct involvement in business and property has made him the trusted tax and business advisor he is today.

Peter Nittos Director B.Ec, FIPA

As a Director Peter is responsible for the management of a team of accountants and a large portfolio of clients. This includes the leadership and mentoring of accountants and the preparation of tax returns and financial statements; business advisory; succession planning; due diligence; management and board reporting including attendance of management and board meetings and business structure advice.

Peter has extensive experience in Tax, Audit and Financial Accounting, is a FIPA, a Registered Tax Agent and has a Bachelor of Economics.

The experience Peter obtained during his extensive and diversified career has made him the trusted tax and business advisor he is today.

Spiro Dimanopoulos Director B.Acc, FCA, FTI

As a Director Spiros is responsible for the management of a team of accountants and a large portfolio of clients. This includes the leadership and mentoring of accountants, preparation of tax returns and financial statements; business advisory; succession planning; due diligence; management and board reporting including attendance of management, board meetings and business structure advice.

Spiros has extensive experience in Tax, Audit and Financial Accounting, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Fellow of Tax Institute of Australia, a Registered Tax Agent and has a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

Spiros has worked in the Audit, Assurance and Advisory division of KPMG in Adelaide. During his time with KPMG, Spiros was a Senior Accountant and worked on matters with a diverse client base. Spiros also worked as a Senior Accountant at Woolworths Limited which gave him an insight into the practices of a large corporation.
